Vietnam Solar Power Project

The Vietnam Solar Power Project utilizes Solar Photovoltaic (PV) technology to generate electricity from renewable solar energy, reducing reliance on fossil-fuel-based power generation and contributing to the transition toward a cleaner and more sustainable energy system. The project is designed to register and track renewable electricity attributes under the International Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC(E)) system, supporting corporate renewable electricity claims, sustainability reporting, and broader clean energy and sustainable development objectives.

Vietnam Carbon Credit Market Development Project

The project consolidates carbon credits from a diverse portfolio of emission reduction and carbon removal projects across Vietnam, covering forestry and land use, Blue Carbon, agriculture, renewable energy, and carbon capture and storage (CCS). These projects are developed and managed by VDS following a Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) process, with the adoption of internationally recognized certification standards appropriate to each project type. This approach diversifies the supply of carbon credits, enhances transparency and traceability, and enables investors and businesses to access a broad range of carbon credits through a single integrated project.

Long Huu Tidal Wetland Restoration and Conservation Project

The Long Huu Tidal Wetland Restoration and Conservation Project is developed under a Blue Carbon framework, with the aim of restoring, protecting, and enhancing the ecological integrity of coastal wetland ecosystems through the application of the Verra VM0033 Methodology. The project seeks to enhance carbon sequestration and storage within coastal ecosystems while conserving biodiversity, strengthening climate change resilience, and generating high-quality Blue Carbon credits aligned with international standards. Supported by a transparent Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) system, the project contributes to advancing sustainable development objectives and supporting Vietnam’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions. At the same time, it is designed to generate long-term environmental, economic, and livelihood benefits for local communities.
